If asbestos is present or presumed in the workplace, an Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) must be documented.
If asbestos containing materials (ACMs) are present or presumed present in the workplace, a documented Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) must be prepared, in addition to the Asbestos Register.
A copy of the AMP must be readily available to anyone who has worked, or intends to work at the site; health and safety representatives; or anyone conducting a business at the site who requires, or may require, work to be carried out at the workplace.
For the purposes of managing asbestos exposure risks, the AMP should clearly set out what will be done, when, how and by whom.
BENSS Asbestos Management Plans
Recommendations for ongoing ACM and asbestos risk management in the workplace are included in our Asbestos Assessment Reports, which will form the basis of any AMP.
Our Asbestos Consultants work with a broad client range, tailoring AMPs to individual clients and budgets.
For a single site, or national property portfolio, our expert team can design all or part of AMP.
